It's hard to believe, but the holiday season is upon us again! The old saying that "time sure flies" doesn't seem adequate these days to describe just how quickly time passes. In just a few days we will be celebrating Thanksgiving with friends and family, and we certainly have much to be thankful for. God has kept us and provided for us for another year, and we are so grateful for His many blessings.
After Thanksgiving comes Christmas of course, and we will be celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. Every blessing we have been given pales in comparison to the gift that God gave to the world when He sent Jesus to us. For thousands of years those in ancient times waited for the promised Messiah, and we rejoice today in the fulfillment of every prophecy that foretold of His coming.
