Many people today seem to feel as though they have no hope. What with the political upheaval and uncertainty our nation is facing, it is more important than ever to be anchored in the Lord. The writer of Hebrews reminds us that there is hope for the child of God, and it is this hope that anchors our soul in these troubling times.

"This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil", Hebrews 6:19
